Each testing session earns one credit. Below are the current incentive program offerings.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>At the time of the appointment the test specialist will credit the member\u2019s player number. At this time the member may check to see how many credits they have accumulated. Once the member earns enough credits to receive the product that he or she wants, they may then place an order via email at<strong> <a href=\"mailto:launchsquadorders@clevelandgolf.com\">launchsquadorders@clevelandgolf.com<\/a><\/strong> or use the form below.<\/p>\n<p>Please be sure to check below and know what product is offered through the program. Not all Cleveland and\/or Srixon products are available through the program.<\/p>\n<p>Please include your name, player number, and the product you wish to order. Be sure to include details such as loft, flex, color, etc. as necessary.<\/p>\n<p>ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS ARE TYPICALLY SENT ON MONDAYS. IF THE PRODUCT YOU ORDER IS IN STOCK PLEASE ALLOW 1-2 WEEKS TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.<\/p>\n<p>Once the product comes in, you will be sent a confirmation email and it will be sent out with the test specialist for you to pick up at your next appointment. Please know that not all items may be in stock and\/or they may be backordered.<\/p>\n<p>Upon receiving the merchandise, the appropriate number of credits will be deducted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The following rules apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 To earn a credit you must be a registered member of the Launch Squad, be invited to a test, make an appointment, and attend the test<br \/>\n\u2022 <strong>Only STOCK product is offered through the program. No exceptions will be made for any custom specifications, shafts, grips, etc. <\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 All product listed in the program is subject to availability<br \/>\n\u2022 Credits are
