The Incentive program was created to show our appreciation for our member’s participation. Each testing session earns one credit. Below are the current incentive program offerings.
At the time of the appointment the test specialist will credit the member’s player number. At this time the member may check to see how many credits they have accumulated. Once the member earns enough credits to receive the product that he or she wants, they may then place an order via email at launchsquadorders@clevelandgolf.com or use the form below.
Please be sure to check below and know what product is offered through the program. Not all Cleveland and/or Srixon products are available through the program.
Please include your name, player number, and the product you wish to order. Be sure to include details such as loft, flex, color, etc. as necessary.
ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS ARE TYPICALLY SENT ON MONDAYS. IF THE PRODUCT YOU ORDER IS IN STOCK PLEASE ALLOW 1-2 WEEKS TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.
Once the product comes in, you will be sent a confirmation email and it will be sent out with the test specialist for you to pick up at your next appointment. Please know that not all items may be in stock and/or they may be backordered.
Upon receiving the merchandise, the appropriate number of credits will be deducted.
The following rules apply:
• To earn a credit you must be a registered member of the Launch Squad, be invited to a test, make an appointment, and attend the test
• Only STOCK product is offered through the program. No exceptions will be made for any custom specifications, shafts, grips, etc.
• All product listed in the program is subject to availability
• Credits are non-transferable
• Cleveland Golf employees and members of college golf teams are not eligible

5 Credits = 1 Dozen Srixon Balls (your choice)
10 Credits = Wedge
15 Credits = Putter
20 Credits = Hybrid
25 Credits = Fairway
40 Credits = Driver
45 Credits = Adjustable Driver

I have been testing since 2011 and have enjoyed the opportunity to test the clubs and visit with mike albeit short as it was He has always been a pleasure to work with and display a huge amount of patience which at times is required. He is a terrific representive for Cleveland.

As you can attest by my testing number (32), I have been participating in the Cleveland/Srixon test program for many years. It is a win win program for golfers and the company as we get to try out and test the latest golfing equipment from an outstanding and progressive company. I have worked with many test coordinators and I must say that Michael Ramos is the best of the best. I’ve appreciate his feedback when I ask for as I test the clubs. Cleveland/Srixon is lucky to have such conscientious employees such as Mike.
Mike Ramos is the consummate professional, and an excellent ambassador for Cleveland Golf. I’ve recently purchased new Srixon blades and feeling great!
